Collaborate and share feedback on files in a few simple steps.

  1. Open a file in the editor and select Share.

  2. Add the collaborator’s name or email address.

  3. Use the dropdown menu to specify Can edit or Can comment.

  4.  Use the Message field to add a  personalized message, updates, or instructions. 

  5. Select Invite to edit or Invite to comment, depending on permission settings.

    The Share menu is open, and it has options to add the collaborator's email address, specify permissions such as edit or comment, and even add a personalized message.
    Use the Invite to comment option to send a notification to the collaborator and allow commenting.

Result

The recipient will be notified about the invitation to edit or comment on mail as well as the in-app notification center.

Note:

When you invite someone with a Free plan to collaborate in Adobe Express, they can use all free features and content, and add comments. However, they can't adjust Premium feature settings, license premium content, or export files using premium assets, including Adobe Stock images, videos, and fonts.
