Technical help
Share the images generated using the Firefly web app to allow the recipients to use the parameters or prompts to remix and create their own images.
Create with Adobe Firefly
Generate extraordinary images instantly from a text description.
You can share the images you generate with the Text to Image feature in the Firefly web app, subject to compliance with the Generative AI User Guidelines.
-
-
Select Copy link (or Share link, if you are on mobile). A notification will appear when the link is copied.
-
Share the link to allow other people to view your Firefly creation on a browser — including the parameters applied and the prompt used — even if they don't have a Creative Cloud account.
Viewers cannot download, edit, or delete your shared creations but can use the parameters or prompts to remix yours or generate their creations if they sign in or sign up for an Adobe ID.
-
If you share your link on social media, tag #AdobeFirefly so we can view what you generate.
Stop sharing an image
To stop sharing an image, you can delete a link or remove a shared creation.
-
Open the link in your browser.
-
Hover over the image and select the More options
icon.
-
Select Delete link and confirm the deletion. The creation — including the generated image, the parameters applied, and the prompt used — will no longer be accessible via the originally shared link.
Troubleshoot copy link error
While trying to copy a link, if you see an error message that your link can't be copied to the clipboard, it is likely that your browser is blocking sites from accessing the clipboard. To seamlessly share links to your Firefly-generated content, you can change your browser settings to allow global clipboard access for all sites or site-specific access for firefly.adobe.com.
-
Open Chrome Settings.
-
Select Privacy and Security > Site settings > Permissions > Additional permissions > Clipboard.
-
To allow global access, select Sites can ask to see text and images on your clipboard.
To allow domain-specific access, select Don't allow sites to see text or images on your clipboard, and add firefly.adobe.com to the Allowed to see your clipboard list, if not already there.
-
Open Edge Settings.
-
Select Cookies and site permissions > Clipboard.
-
To enable global access, turn on the toggle for Ask when a site wants to see text and images copied to the clipboard.
To enable domain-specific access, add firefly.adobe.com to the Allow list.
