Considerations for GPU acceleration
- For answers to questions about GPU and related troubleshooting information, see Adobe Camera Raw graphics processor (GPU) FAQ and troubleshooting.
- Camera Raw currently doesn't take advantage of more than one graphics processor. Using multiple GPUs does not enhance performance.
- GPUs running under virtual machines are not tested or supported.
- A test is run on the GPU the first time you open Camera Raw. If the test fails, the GPU is disabled even if the GPU meets the minimum requirements. Try these troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the error. Some GPUs, despite meeting the minimum requirements, may never be compatible with Camera Raw for graphics acceleration.
