Having trouble creating zaps with Creative Cloud Libraries for Zapier? Learn how you can fix some common issues.
Error: Unable to refresh access token. Please reauthenticate your Adobe account in Zapier.
To fix this issue, sign in again with your credentials.
Error: Unable to fetch user profile. Please reauthenticate your Adobe account in Zapier.
Sign in again with your credentials or add a new account. To add a new account, click + Add a New Account when choosing an account for your zap.
Error: Darn, we didn't find any library in your account
This issue occurs when you are trying to set up trigger for an account with no library in it. To fix this, create a library in the Creative Cloud account that you are using for the trigger event. Or, add another Creative Cloud account with an existing library.
Error: Requested element or library is not available
This happens when you delete an element in a library (or the library itself) after setting up a zap for it. When selecting a library or element for your zap:
1. Select Clear Current Choice at the bottom of the drop-down options to reload the list.
3. Then, go through the list again to review the available options for the library and element.
3. Edit the zap again to connect an available library or element.
Error: Requested library is not available
This issue occurs when you run a zap for a deleted library. Ensure that the library still exists, and then edit the zap again. Or, add back the library to your Creative Cloud account, if it has been deleted accidentally.
Newly created library doesn't appear in the trigger event
If your newly created library is not showing up when creating a zap:
1. Select Clear Current Choice at the bottom of the drop-down options to reload the list.
2. Then, select the new library and continue setting up your zap.
Newly created element doesn't appear in the trigger event
If your newly created element is not showing up when creating a zap:
1. Select Clear Current Choice at the bottom of the drop-down options to reload the list.
2. Then, select the new library and continue setting up your zap.
Error: Unsupported File Extension
Ensure that you only upload supported graphic file types (JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIFF).
Error: File is too large. Currently, uploads less than 10 MB are supported.
Ensure that your uploads are less than 10 MB in size, or reduce the file size.
Error: Zap stopped running (Business IDs)
If your Business ID has been recently upgraded by your organization, your zap may stop running. This happens when you are temporarily signed out of Creative Cloud Libraries for Zapier after the upgrade. To fix this error, sign in again with the correct User Profile associated with the asset.
