Issue
When you launch a Creative Suite 5.5 product in New Zealand, "Error #129:17" occurs.
Solution
Adobe is actively investigating this issue at this time but has a temporary workaround for this problem.
Temporarily adjust your timezone to US Pacific Standard Time.
Windows XP

Click Date and Time.

Click the Time Zone tab.

Select Pacific from the box above the map.

Launch the Creative Suite 5.5 product.
Important: Once the product launches successfully return the time zone to the original setting.
Windows Vista/7

Click Start > Control Panel.

Click Date and Time.

Click Change Time Zone.

Select (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canda) from the Time zone drop down and click OK.

Click OK.

Launch the Creative Suite 5.5 product.
Important: Once the product launches successfully return the time zone to the original setting.

Click Apple > System Preferences.

Select the Date and Time tab.

Select the Pacific timezone on the west coast of North America.
