Acrobat online services to end support for Internet Explorer 11 and Edge Legacy

End of support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)

Microsoft will end support for IE11 across its apps and services on August 17, 2021. Read the announcement for more information.

Following this announcement, Adobe Acrobat online services will also end support for IE11 on August 23, 2021. End of support means that Adobe won’t actively test for or fix bugs reported or found while using Acrobat online services on IE11.

Adobe recommends that you use a supported browser, such as Microsoft Edge. For a list of all supported browsers and apps, see the system requirements.

End of support for Microsoft Edge Legacy

Microsoft ended support for the legacy version of the Microsoft Edge on March 09, 2021. Read the announcement for more information.

Following this announcement, Adobe Acrobat online services will also end support for Edge Legacy on August 23, 2021. End of support means that Adobe won’t actively test for or fix bugs reported or found while using Acrobat online services on Edge Legacy.
