How to find my Adobe administrator's contact information?

Adobe Customer Care cannot provide your admin’s contact details due to privacy and security reasons. However, you can often find helpful notes left by your administrator directly in your Adobe Account.

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account.

  2. Go to Plans > My Plans.

  3. Look for the admin notes provided next to your plan details.

    If you're part of multiple organizations or teams, make sure to check the plan associated with the right team.

    These notes appear only if your administrator has set up the notes for your organization or team.

  4. To view the complete note, select View All.

  5. To exit the Contact Administrator dialog box, select Done.
