Get started with Creative Cloud by downloading and installing your apps. Whether you're setting up for the first time or adding apps to a new computer, follow these steps to get up and running.

If you're using an account provided by your school or company, you may need to request access to specific apps through your IT administrator.
Find the app you want to install and select the Download or Install button next to it.
The Creative Cloud desktop app will automatically download with your first app installation.
Looking only for the Creative Cloud desktop app? You can download it directly.
Locate the downloaded installer file (usually in your Downloads folder) and double-click the file to launch the installer.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

Once you have the Creative Cloud desktop app installed, select Install next to any additional apps you want.

Sign out and then sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app. If the issue still persists, see Stop Creative Cloud from showing trial mode after purchase.
Deactivation disconnects your apps from a specific computer, and lets you run them on another computer. You can sign out (or deactivate) using your Adobe accounts page.
