Use the emulation mode to run Premiere Pro and Media Encoder
You can run version 23.6.8 of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder in the emulation mode on CoPilot+ PCs (powered by Snapdragon) ARM architecture-based processors.
Minimum System Requirements
- Windows 11
- RAM: 16 GB
Known limitation
Premiere Pro and Media Encoder currently do not leverage all hardware capabilities on ARM-based Windows machines for video decoding and encoding.
