  월간 이메일 인보이스는 사용할 수 없습니다. Adobe는 현재 월간 자동 이메일 인보이스를 제공하지 않습니다.

인보이스를 찾는 방법 

※ 인보이스는 태평양 시간 기준으로 발행되므로, 실제 결제 날짜와 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

  1. https://account.adobe.com/orders에 로그인합니다.

  2. 플랜 또는 제품에 대한 인보이스 보기를 선택합니다. 

    주문 및 인보이스 섹션에서 인보이스 보기를 선택합니다

     대신 Adobe Store 링크가 표시됩니까?

  3. 해당 아이콘을 선택하여 인보이스를 조회하거나 다운로드하거나 이메일로 보냅니다.

Creative Cloud for teams 멤버십을 보유하고 있는 경우 기본 관리자만 내 계정과 관련된 결제 정보를 조회할 수 있습니다.

인보이스가 아닌 Adobe Store 링크가 표시됩니까?

주문 및 인보이스 섹션에 Adobe Store로의 링크가 표시된다면 아래 단계에 따라 인보이스를 찾으십시오.

  1. 주문 및 인보이스 섹션에서 Adobe Store 링크를 선택합니다.

  2. 메시지가 표시되면 Adobe ID(이메일 주소) 및 암호를 입력합니다.

  3. 플랜 정보 화면에서 거래 내역 보기를 선택합니다.

  4. 인보이스를 인쇄하려는 주문 또는 거래 ID를 선택합니다.

  5. 표시되는 화면에서 현재 거주 지역에 따라 다르게 표시되는 메뉴인 인보이스 보기 또는 주문 세부 정보 중 하나를 선택합니다.

  6. 현재 거주 지역에 따라 다르게 표시되는 화면에서 출력 버튼 또는 인쇄 버튼을 선택합니다.

  7. 인보이스를 인쇄하려면 PDF 뷰어의 인쇄 아이콘을 선택하거나 브라우저에서 파일 > 인쇄를 선택합니다.
