Select Edit billing and payment.

In the Edit payment method window, update your business tax identification number in the tax ID field. The name of the field depends on the business tax identification number applicable in your country, for example, VAT, GST, or NIT.

Once you enter a VAT ID (or CIF ID) in your Adobe account, your upcoming invoices will be processed without VAT charges. However, if you remove your VAT ID or leave the field empty, your upcoming invoices will include VAT charges.
