How to view and add public libraries in Creative Cloud desktop app

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
In the Stock & Marketplace tab, select Libraries.

You can also view other available options (such as Photos, Illustrations, and Plugins) in the Stock and Marketplace tab.
Select View to see the library contents.

The content for the library you select will open in a new browser window.
Select Add to your libraries for the libraries you want to add.

The library content you select will be displayed in Files>Your Library in the Creative Cloud desktop app.
