Adobe provides technical support and security fixes for the current version and the prior version listed below. Bug fixes are only provided for the current version. These supported versions are available for installation through the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Unsupported versions

Installers, one-on-one technical support, security fixes, and bug fixes are not available for older versions of Photoshop.

Perpetual License

Installers, one-on-one technical support, security fixes, and bug fixes are not available for perpetual license versions. User to user led support is available through our Adobe Support Community.
