  1. 前往Adobe 首頁的「檔案」索引標籤。

  2. 若要查看您的整體雲端儲存空間，請將滑鼠停留在左側邊欄底部的儲存資訊上。

雲端儲存空間包含哪些內容？

您的雲端儲存空間總計取決於您的計劃。 儲存在以下任何位置的檔案都會計入您的雲端總儲存空間。 免費會籍儲存空間取決於對 Adobe 產品和服務的使用方式。

註解：
  • 使用 Adobe Express 發佈網頁時，會建立網頁快照並將其儲存在您的帳戶中，進而消耗額外的配額。 若要釋放此空間，您可以取消發佈或刪除原始網頁檔案。 了解如何取消發佈網頁。
  • 共用以供審核的檔案在分享時會重複，這會增加配額使用量。 您可以視需要透過您的帳戶管理和刪除這些審核檔案。  

如果超出儲存空間配額，會發生什麼情況？

如果使用者超過了 Creative Cloud 儲存空間限制，就不能建立新檔案。 但是，如果使用者在處理現有檔案時超出配額，只要在 1 GB 內，仍可以完成工作。 如果無法同步檔案，則會出現紅色驚嘆號，但您仍然可以移動、重命名或刪除檔案。

使用者應定期監控其儲存空間使用情況，並且刪除不必要的檔案以保持在分配的配額內。

檔案和資料夾數量上限

只要您的雲端儲存空間允許，您可以儲存許多檔案和資料夾，但同步的檔案和資料夾數量不能超過以下數量：

  • 350,000 個檔案
  • 150,000 個資料夾

這不包括其他人與您共用的檔案、資料夾或子資料夾。 另請注意，您尚未永久刪除的檔案和資料夾仍會佔據您的雲端儲存空間。 

永久刪除檔案以釋放雲端儲存空間

若要刪除檔案，請記得將其永久刪除，以免佔用珍貴的儲存空間。 了解如何永久刪除檔案以釋出儲存空間。

若要繼續同步檔案，儲存更多檔案至雲端，您可以升級儲存空間。

檢閱 Lightroom 中部分同步的相片和影片

Lightroom 中部分同步的檔案會佔用儲存空間。 如果您是 Lightroom 使用者，可以藉由同步或上傳相片和影片來清除儲存空間。

  1. 移至 lightroom.adobe.com，然後在面板中選取「所有相片 > 同步問題」。

  2. 依照畫面上的指示來同步或刪除未同步的項目。 

    註解：

    確保您的裝置上有原始檔案，因為未同步的相片和影片刪除後就不會儲存到雲端。 

完成上述步驟後，為同步相片和影片而保留的儲存空間將被清除。
