如何變更您的 Adobe 計劃或訂閱

如果您的個人計劃是從 Adobe 購買,或是透過電子零售商 (例如 Amazon),則可以透過您的 Adobe 帳戶頁面管理和變更您的計劃。 如果計劃是在行動應用程式商店 (例如 Apple 或 Google),您可以透過應用程式商店帳戶管理訂閱。

  1. 針對您要變更的計劃選取「管理計劃」。 

    「計劃和付款」頁面中的「計劃」區段顯示您的 Adobe 帳戶中的所有有效計劃、帳單和付款詳細資料,以及用於管理計劃、查看計劃中的所有應用程式和服務及編輯帳單歷史記錄的選項。

  2. 選取「變更您的計劃」。

    「管理計劃」視窗顯示用於變更計劃、管理承諾和取消計劃的選項。

    沒看到「變更您的計劃」嗎?

    如果我們正在處理您的付款或您的付款有問題,則該選項就無法使用。您可以在 24 小時後再試一次。

  3. 從下拉式選單中選取或搜尋計劃。 

    「變更計劃」視窗顯示目前計劃、一些建議的計劃,以及用於選取計劃、比較計劃、顯示更多建議、搜尋計劃和使用下拉式選單選取計劃的選項。

  4. 尋找您要切換到的計劃,然後選擇「選取計劃」。

  5. 根據您的位置和所選選項,您也可以更改您的帳單承諾 (例如,從月繳型計劃更改為年度計劃)。

  6. 檢閱計劃詳細資料,然後選取「同意並訂閱」以變更您的計劃。

變更計劃後會發生什麼情況?

變更計劃之後:

  • 您的目前計劃將被取消,您可能會收到退款 (如果適用)。
  • 新計劃將立即生效,並且您將需要支付該計劃的費用。
  • 您的每月或每年的帳單日期將變更為您切換計劃的日期。
  • 對於年度計劃,續約日期將為您切換計劃當日起一年。例如,如果您在 2025 年 3 月 14 日變更了計劃,則新計劃將於 2026 年 3 月 14 日續約。
