Can I use my Adobe app on another device?

Sign in (Activate) on up to 2 Devices

You can sign in (activate) your account on up to two devices.

Where can I download my app?

We provide installers for our current apps and the previous major version of each.

Looking for an older version of your app? If you purchased the app directly from Adobe, you may be able to download it from your Adobe account.

How do I sign out of an app?

If you need to sign out of an app so you can use it on another computer, open the app, then select either:

  • Help > Sign out
  • Help > Deactivate

If you want to activate and use your app(s) on a third computer, you'll need to deactivate it on one of your previous computers. For more information, see Sign in to activate your Adobe apps.

What if my old computer is no longer available?

If you can't access your old computer (or the hard disk crashed), you can sign out of your app from your Adobe account. Once signed out, you can sign in to the app on another computer.
