What's included in Adobe Document Cloud?

Document Cloud includes Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Sign, along with web and mobile apps. With the Acrobat Reader mobile app, you can create, edit, comment, and sign PDFs directly on your phone or tablet. And with Document Cloud web apps, you can work with PDFs and manage e-signatures from a browser on any computer. For more details, see Adobe Document Cloud FAQs.

Forgot your Adobe ID or password?

Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you first started a trial or purchased an Adobe app or membership. Find solutions to common Adobe ID and sign-in issues.

Where are my files?

In Acrobat or Reader, choose Home > Document Cloud. You can also access your files on the web and take advantage of other Document Cloud tools. Go to https://documentcloud.adobe.com. Sign in with your Adobe ID (usually your email address) and password. To learn more, see Where are my files?.

Can I install Acrobat on another computer?

You can install Acrobat and other Creative Cloud apps on up to two computers. If you want to install it on a third computer, you need to deactivate it on one of your previous machines. To learn more, see Install and use Acrobat on a new computer.

How can I get my invoice?

You can print an invoice form your account on Adobe.com. For details, see Print a payment receipt or invoice.
