Unable to open Adobe Express on desktop

Find solutions to troubleshoot and fix issues with opening Adobe Express on desktop.
Try these solutions if you're having trouble accessing Adobe Express, such as the app not opening, getting stuck on a white screen with the Adobe Express logo, or designs not loading in the editor.
Your browser is not up to date
Update your browser to the latest version and ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings. Read more about the technical requirements for using Adobe Express.
Browser extension or cached data is interfering with Adobe Express
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart the browser and log in again.
- Disable any third-party extensions or pop-up blockers, restart your browser, and try again.
- Open your browser in incognito or private mode and try accessing Adobe Express again.
Network setting issues
- Try changing your DNS settings. Read more about how to change the DNS address.
- Connect using another network to rule out ISP-related DNS issues.
Security settings are blocking access
- Check if firewalls, VPNs, or antivirus programs are blocking Adobe Express. Disable them temporarily to test access.
- Enable Adobe-Related Files in Inbound and Outbound Firewall Settings. Follow these steps to ensure Adobe-related files are allowed through your firewall:
- Open the Windows Defender Firewall control panel.
- Select Advanced settings from the left panel.
- In the list of rules, check if Adobe applications and files have a green checkmark next to their names. If they don't, select the rule, then click Enable Rule in the Actions panel.
Firewalls or network proxies are blocking access
Network proxies or organizational firewalls may prevent Adobe Express services from functioning. Configure your proxy settings to allow Adobe domains. Learn more about domains that must be allowed for Adobe apps and services to function correctly.
Note:
If your organization uses firewalls or network proxies, they might block access to Adobe Express services. This can prevent the editor from loading or saving changes. Contact your IT admin and share information on troubleshooting WebSocket issues related to missing upgrade headers and how domains must be allowed for Adobe apps and services to function correctly.
