Learn how to create images in different styles.

Create images from a text description in a few simple steps.

  1. On the Adobe Firefly homepage, go to the Image module and select Text to image.

  2. In the Styles section, use the Visual intensity slider to modify the intensity of the photo's visual attributes.

  3. Use the Strength slider to control the adherence to the reference image when generating the image variations. 

  4. Under Reference, select Upload image to browse for an image on your device or use Browse gallery option to choose one from the reference image gallery.

    Select an image from your device or explore our reference gallery to find one you'd like to use.

  5. Under the Effects section, browse through the categories to identify the effects to be applied.

    Tip:

    As you apply the effects, they will be displayed in the Prompt field. You can either use the Clear option to remove all effects at once or remove them individually.

  6. Enter a text prompt and select Generate.
