Learn about new features and enhancements in the February 2023 release of Photoshop desktop (version 24.2)

Create password-protected shareable links for your documents

With the latest update in the Share for review workflow in Photoshop, you can control access to your public review links by setting a password all the while ensuring greater collaboration and feedback sharing. This ensures that non-invited users can access your file only if they enter the correct password.

You can go ahead and modify the password any time after it's been set or remove the password requirement altogether.

Another feature enhancement in the Share for review workflow is that while creating a review link to share with others, even if you close the dialog while the link generation is in progress, you'll get alerted when either the link is successfully generated or the process fails.

Use a password protected link for your doc when sharing for review
