Customize PDF Space experiences on Acrobat mobile

Open the PDF Space in Acrobat on Android and check the Overview page.

Select Edit from the top-right corner of the page.

Touch and hold the drag tool for an item, then drag it to the position you want.

To edit the title, select Edit , update the text and styling, and then select Done.

Optionally, select Remove to remove an item.

Select the Generated summary to open it.

Edit the text directly to adjust wording, tone, or emphasis.

Select Done to update.

Select the Audio Summary item to open it in edit mode.

Edit the transcript directly to revise wording, add context, or remove items.

Select Add content to add a new section, then enter your text.

Select Remove on any item you don’t want to include.

Select Done to apply your changes and refresh the audio summary.

Select Add content from the bottom of the Overview page.

From the toolbar, select the type of content you want to insert:

• Text: Add headings, body copy, or supporting context
• Files: Share documents, spreadsheets, or other attachments for recipients to download
• Notes: Include internal annotations or additional guidance for recipients
• Podcast: Embed an audio file or podcast episode
• Image: Upload a photo, diagram, or visual to support your content

Follow the prompts to complete the insertion. The new item appears directly below the one you selected.

Optionally, drag the added item to a new position or select it to edit and refine further.

Open the PDF Space in Acrobat on iOS and check the Overview page.

Select Edit from the top-right corner of the page.

Touch and hold for an item, then drag it to the position you want.
