Follow along with any file to learn how to add comments. 

Invite collaborators

Open a file in the Adobe Express editor and select Share.

In the Share file panel, add the collaborator’s name or email address.

Use the dropdown menu to select the collaborator role from Editor and Commenter.

 Use the Message field to add a personalized message, updates, or instructions. 

Select Invite as editor or the appropriate role based on the role settings.

Share links

Open a file in the Adobe Express editor and select Share.

In the Share file panel, view who has access in the Who has access section.

Select the Who has access dropdown and make a selection.

Select Copy link and share the link with collaborators.

Note

When you invite someone with a Free plan to collaborate in Adobe Express, they can access all free features and content and add comments. However, they cannot adjust Premium feature settings, license premium content, or export files using premium assets, including Adobe Stock images, videos, and fonts.
