Error code 120 indicates that your root drive doesn't have enough disk space.

Your root drive is almost full

Free up storage space on your device:

After freeing up space, select Retry in the error dialog box and install the app again.

Wait for the installation or update to complete successfully.

If freeing up space doesn't resolve the issue, use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to perform a clean installation of your Creative Cloud desktop app.
