Learn how system administrators can manage user access to Firefly Creative Production in the Adobe Admin Console.
Firefly Creative Production is included with Firefly Services and is also available as a standalone product. Admin Console administrators manage access, which differs depending on whether customers have Firefly Services or just Firefly Creative Production.
Firefly Services customers
Admins can give Firefly Creative Production access to new and existing users simply by granting access to Firefly Services.

Select Add users to add a new user, or choose an existing user’s name to update their details. To add a user, enter the user's email address and, optionally, their first and last names.

Assign the user to Firefly Services.

Select Apply.

Select Save.
Firefly Creative Production-only customers
For customers who bought Firefly Creative Production as a standalone product, the product appears as its own card on the Admin Console. Admins can give new and existing users access to Firefly Creative Production.

Sign in to the Admin Console.

Select Firefly Creative Production from the list of products.
Assign users with the Firefly Creative Production product profile. Assign users with the Firefly Creative Production product profile. -
Select Users to add or edit users.

Select Apply.

Select Save.
Once the end user is granted access by the admin, they’ll receive a welcome email with login instructions and will be able to access Firefly Creative Production.
Troubleshooting
To use Firefly Creative Production, users must have access to Firefly Services. Users attempting to log in without the necessary access will encounter an error message stating, "Can't access."
