Learn how to monitor and provide assignment feedback to students.

Provide feedback using the real-time dashboard

As a educator, you can use your dashboard to view all your students added to an assignment and each student’s progress. This view is available for each assignment.

  1. Select the assignment you’re interested in viewing progress for.

  2. See the dashboard of student names and their progress.

  3. Select a specific student to view the latest changes on their project and leave comments.

  4. Progress is shown by color-coding tags based on the assignment state:

    • Red - Not started
    • Purple - In-progress
    • Blue - Turned in/submitted
    • Green - Returned
  5. To navigate between different student's work from within the editor, select the Students tile.

Monitor student progress in real-time, view the status of each student's work, and open their projects directly from the dashboard.

Use comments to give feedback and collaborate

  1. Select a student’s file in the Adobe Express editor to open their work.

    Note:

    You can see their avatar moving around the page if they're actively working on their project.

  2. You can leave a comment by selecting the comment icon at the top right corner, or you can pin a specific part of their project.

Easily navigate between students

  1. Select the Students button in the top right menu when viewing the student's work in the Adobe Express editor.

  2. You can view a list of all your students sorted by - All, In progress, Not started, and Turned in. Select a status to view all students in that category.

  3. Select a different student to switch to viewing their work live.
