Learn how to find and open cloud documents that you are invited to edit, review, or comment on.

How to open cloud documents shared with you

You can easily find the cloud documents that others have shared with you in the Files tab of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
In the Files tab, select Shared with you in the left sidebar.

Selecting Shared with you, will display all files where you've been added as a collaborator.
Select the cloud document you want to open and right-click it. Then select Open (or Open in web).

Selecting Open in web will open your file on your device's default browser.

If you don't have the app that your cloud documents are associated with, you are prompted to install it.
