Learn how to change your Adobe plan from your Adobe account.
Learn how to change your plan if you are a system admin who purchased the plan directly from Adobe.
How to change your Adobe plan or subscription
If you purchased an individual plan from Adobe or through an e-retailer, like Amazon, you can manage and change your plan through your Adobe account page. If a plan is purchased on a mobile app store, like Apple or Google, you can manage your subscription via your app store account.
-
Select Manage plan for the plan you want to change.
-
Don't see Change your plan?
The option isn't available if we're processing your payment or if there's a problem with your payment. You can try again in 24 hours.
-
Depending on your location and the options you selected, you can also change your billing commitment (for example, from a monthly plan to an annual plan).
What happens after you change your plan?
After you change your plan:
- Your current plan will be cancelled, and you may receive a refund, if applicable.
- The new plan will take effect immediately, and you'll be charged for the plan.
- Your monthly or annual billing date will change to the date you switched plans.
- For annual plans, the renewal date will be one year from the date you switch. For example, if you change your plan on March 14, 2025, the new plan will renew on March 14, 2026.
