Smooth Skin in Photoshop Express has a quick fix to remove undulations and soften skin.
Smooth Skin feature smoothens the skin tone and texture while retaining a natural look. Use it on a close-up shot portrait to touch up light makeup smudges by moving a slider.

Apply Smooth Skin using Quick Action.
Tip:
To achieve a natural-looking subject, avoid over-smoothing as it can make the image look unrealistic.
Retouch faces using Smooth Skin

Select an image from your device.

Select Face, then select the face in the image you want to adjust. Select Smooth, and then use the Smoother slider to adjust.

Note:If you want to make manual adjustments, select Manual and then Brush. Swipe the brush over the area of the image you would like to smooth.
