Forgot your Adobe ID or password?

Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you first started a trial or purchased an Adobe app or membership. Find solutions to common Adobe ID and sign-in issues. 

Where do I find my serial number?

Follow these instructions to locate your serial number:

• Purchased from Adobe website? When you purchase Photoshop Elements, you receive the serial number in an email from Adobe. Look for the subject line "Your Serial Number" or "Your Serial Numbers" in your mailbox.
• Did your purchase come with a redemption code? In certain purchase situations, your copy of Elements can come with a redemption code instead of a serial number. You can find your redemption code by scratching off the label on the card inside the product packaging. Visit www.adobe.com/go/getserial, sign in with your Adobe ID, and use the redemption code to get your serial number.
• Have a DVD? Find the serial number on the back of the DVD case. If you have an envelope for your software, the serial number can be on the envelope.

The serial number starts with 1057.

How do I convert a trial version to full version?

When you launch a trial version, a screen shows the number of days remaining for the trial to expire. On this screen, you can use the License This Software option to convert your trial to full version. To know more, see Convert a trial version into a full version.
