- Agreement Created: It triggers when a new agreement is created in Acrobat Sign, allowing you to automatically start follow-up tasks.
- Agreement Email Viewed: It triggers when the recipient opens the email containing the agreement, providing valuable insights into their engagement and helping to time follow-ups more effectively.
- Agreement Event Occurred: It monitors all events in the agreement lifecycle, providing a single trigger to track changes and actions comprehensively.
- Agreement Expired: It triggers when an agreement expires without completion, enabling alerts, escalations, or compliance logging.
- Agreement Recalled: It triggers when a sender recalls an agreement, enabling automated actions like notifications or re-initiation of the agreement process.
- Agreement Rejected: It initiates when a recipient rejects the agreement, helping you capture feedback, alert stakeholders, or reroute the document for updates.
- Agreement Reminder Sent: It triggers when a reminder email is sent to signers, allowing you to track outreach and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Agreement Signed by a Participant: It triggers each time a participant completes their signing step, keeping you informed and ready to move to the next stage in the signing process.
- Agreement Signed by All Participants: It triggers when the agreement is fully signed by all participants, making it easy to automate next steps like archiving, sharing, or billing.
- Agreement State Changed: It tracks any change in agreement status, such as Created, Recalled, Rejected, Expired, or Signed. Thus, offering a single, flexible trigger to manage the entire lifecycle.
