Customize PDF Space experiences on mobile

Control how recipients first experience your PDF Space by customizing the Overview.

Use the Overview page to shape recipients' experience with your PDF Space. You can control the order of items, refine AI‑generated summaries, and add audio, text, or branding to create a clear, engaging narrative.

PDF Spaces lets you turn a collection of files into an interactive experience, so recipients know what to start with, what to listen to, and how everything connects.

Arrange the items

Control the structure and flow of your PDF Space by choosing what appears first and removing items you don’t need.

Open the PDF Space and check the Overview page.

Select Edit from the top-right corner of the page.

Use the Edit option on the Overview page to edit or reorder items for a customized experience for recipients.

Touch and hold for an item, then drag it to the position you want.

Strategically place the audio and text summaries to help recipients understand complex content.

To edit the title, select Edit , update the text and styling, and then select Done.

To remove an item, select Remove

Edit the AI-generated text summary

Refine AI-generated content to reflect your intent before sharing with recipients.

Select the Generated summary item to open it.

Edit the text directly to adjust wording, tone, or emphasis.

Select Done to update.

Customize the AI-generated audio summary

Fine‑tune audio content by editing its transcript instead of regenerating it.

Select the Audio Summary item to open it in edit mode.

Edit the transcript directly to revise wording, add context, or remove items.

Select Add content to add a new section, then enter your text.

Select Remove on any item you don’t want to include.

Select Done to apply your changes and refresh the audio summary.

Add and manage items

Create a more engaging and branded experience by adding podcasts, text items, and notes to your PDF Space.

Select Add content from the bottom of the Overview page.

Add text, files, notes, or summaries to build your project in one place and keep related content easy to access and work with.

Note

You can also reorder and rename files in the Files view.

Choose Text to add written context, instructions, or guidance. Enter and format your content as needed, and select Done

Select Notes to write short callouts or reminders for readers, and select Done

Generate a two‑speaker custom podcast and add it to the Overview page to present your content in a conversational format.

Your PDF Space now delivers a designed, narrative‑led experience where recipients can quickly understand, listen to, and engage with what matters most.
