Go to PDF Spaces in Acrobat on Android.
Open the PDF Space and customize the Overview page if required:
- Reorder or remove items
- Edit AI‑generated text or audio summaries
- Add supporting items such as notes, text blocks, podcasts, or a logo for branding

Select Share from the top menu.
Select the link under Link access and choose the link access level, recipients’ permission level, and then select Apply:
- Link access level
- Anyone with the link
- Anyone in <your‑organization> with the link (Default option for enterprise users)
- Invited people only
- Recipients’ permission level
- Contributors: Can add comments, and add or remove files and notes
- Reviewers: Can add comments
- Viewers: Can view files and notes
Choose how to share:
- Invite people: Select Invite people and enter the recipient's name or email, review the message, and select Invite.
- Direct link share: Select Get link and share the copied link with recipients.
- Share via third-party apps: Select any third-party app, such as Outlook, Gmail, Teams, or WhatsApp, and follow the onscreen instructions.
Note
To unshare a PDF Space, select More options > Unshare PDF Space. To delete it, select Delete PDF Space from the dialog box.
