Learn how to share mood boards and invite collaborators to contribute.

Sharing and collaborating on a mood board during Firefly Boards (beta) helps align and contribute to the project's vision and objectives from the start of the creative process. It allows for different ideas and perspectives, enables feedback from collaborators directly on the canvas, refines the visual outcome, and enhances the overall quality of the mood board.

Before you begin

Add visual elements to the artboard and arrange them according to your mood board vision.

  1. Once the mood board is ready, select Share from the menu bar.

The Share option is available in the menu bar and can be used to share the mood board for collaboration.
Use the Share option in the menu bar to share the mood board for collaboration.

  2. In the Share file dialog box, you can use the Add people or groups field to add the email addresses of the collaborators.

The Share file panel is open, providing an option to add email addresses to invite collaborators to the mood board.
Add one or more email addresses of collaborators and send invitations to collaborate on the mood board.

  3. Use the dropdown menu to set permission to edit or comment.

The Share file panel is open, an email address has been added for the invitation, and you can choose between permissions to edit or comment.
Indicate whether the invited collaborator can only comment or also edit the mood board.

  4. Add a message in the invitation and select Invite to edit. An invite will be sent to the invited collaborator with a link to access the mood boarding project.

  5. You can also specify who can access the file and use the Copy link option to directly send a link to the project.

The Copy link option is highlighted, enabling you to copy the link to the mood board and directly send it to the collaborator.
Copy the link to the mood board, send it directly to the collaborators, and start collaborating.

  6. Invited collaborators will receive an email with a link to access the mood board, as well as a notification in the Creative Cloud app.
