You have logged in from multiple devices

This issue can occur if you log in to your account from more than two devices.

Sign in to your Adobe account and scroll down to the Active sessions section.

Select End all sessions.

Note

The option to end all sessions appears only when you have signed in to your Adobe account on two or more browsers.

Select the Account icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Sign out.

The Account menu button available at the top-right corner provides the option to sign out from your Creative Cloud desktop app.
Signing out from Creative Cloud desktop app also signs you out of your Creative Cloud apps.

Sign back in to the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Adobe certificates on your computer are invalid

Adobe apps download certificates to your computer that are necessary for the apps to run. If these certificates are invalid, you may experience a blank white screen when you launch Adobe apps. To resolve this issue, delete the invalid certificates from your computer.
