New Zendesk authentication compatibility
RoboHelp now supports the new Zendesk authentication method using an API token and E-mail address, replacing the previous username and password method for improved security. To set up, generate an API token in Zendesk by enabling API token access in the Administrator portal and creating a new token. Enter the token and e-mail ID once in RoboHelp’s profile configuration to complete the integration.
For more details, see Publish to Zendesk Helpcenter.
Persistent Search Bar for Frameless output templates
This update introduces a Persistent Search Bar feature, configurable from the Layout section in Templates. You can enable or disable it across the templates; Orange, BlueLagoon, Studio, and Oceanic. When enabled, the Search bar is always visible in the output, ensuring quick, and consistent access to search functionality. This uniform behavior across templates provides greater control over the layout of your output while enhancing overall usability.
For more details, see Frameless skin editor.
