With Adobe Acrobat Pro, you can send a single form to multiple recipients and request their e-signatures in bulk. Each agreement is independent, with its own audit report, and signers are unaware of each other.

Request e-signatures in bulk

  1. Select E-Sign > Send in bulk.

You need a valid subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Pro for teams to access the Send in bulk feature. Subscribed users will be redirected to Acrobat Sign to complete the workflow.

  2. Customize the agreement message, change the agreement name, and add self or CC’d parties if needed.

  3. Select Agreement settings and modify the completion deadline, reminder frequency, password requirements, and recipients’ language as required. Then, select Continue.

  4. Select Add recipients, and then enter the recipients’ email addresses, separated by commas. Press Enter to organize the addresses into a list.

The Acrobat interface displays the Add recipients screen, where users can enter or import email addresses to send bulk e-signature requests.
You can add up to 50 participants. Once the added recipients appear as a list, you can add their names and remove a recipient by selecting the Delete icon.

  5. Select the Email dropdown menu and select the required authentication method.

  6. Select Preview & add fields

  7. For each recipient in the RECIPIENTS section, drag the signature and form fields to the desired location in the document.

The Acrobat interface shows a sales agreement with a digital signature field added, and the "Send" button is highlighted to initiate e-signing.
You can save the agreement as a template by selecting the Save as template checkbox.

  8. Select Send.

Each recipient will receive a unique agreement based on your template. You can track the status of all agreements through the Send in bulk template in your Acrobat account. This template provides an Agreements report for tracking statuses and an option to export completed agreement data in CSV format.

Manage Bulk sends

  1. Select Go to Home view   and then under Agreements, select Adobe Acrobat Sign for enterprise users or All agreements for individual and team users.

  2. Select Manage from the menu.

  3. Select Bulk sends and then select the agreement from the list.

The Adobe Acrobat Manage page displays Bulk Send agreements with their statuses, a details panel, and an Actions menu containing options such as Open Bulk Send, Remind, Cancel, Download PDF, and more.

    • View Activity Report: Track the status of all child agreements.

    • Canceled: Agreements canceled by the sender or declined by the participant.
    • Completed: Agreements fully signed by all participants.
