Can I add another administrator to view invoices?

No. Only the contract owner can access invoices in Admin Console. To share invoices with others, use the Email invoices option. 

Where can I find my order number and invoice date?

Your invoice includes details such as the invoice number, invoice date, customer number, and other billing information. Download an invoice from Billing history to view these details.

Will I lose access to invoices if I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Download any invoices you need before canceling or changing your plan.

How long are invoices available?

Invoices remain available while your contract is active.

Can I check the status of a payment?

Yes. Go to Account > Billing history in Admin Console to view payment-related information for your invoices.

Why am I being charged twice?

Multiple charges can occur when:

  • A previous payment was missed
  • An order was submitted more than once
  • Multiple Adobe accounts are associated with different email addresses

I don't recognize a charge from Adobe. What should I do?

Unexpected charges can occur when a subscription renews automatically. Review the invoice details in Billing History to identify the charge. Learn more about unexpected charges.

Why is there a $1 charge from Adobe on my statement?

A temporary authorization charge may appear while Adobe verifies the payment method. The charge isn't billed and is removed after verification is complete.

Why did my bill increase?

Common reasons include:

  • A promotional price ended
  • Additional Adobe Stock purchases
  • A regional price increase

Why is there an extra charge on my bill?

Additional charges may result from:

  • Early cancellation fees
  • Additional Adobe Stock purchases
  • Subscription renewals
  • Applicable bank fees in supported regions

Why did I receive a payment reminder after I already paid?

This can happen if:

  • You have multiple subscriptions
  • Your payment method has expired
  • Your billing information changed

How long does a refund take?

Refunds typically take three to five business days to process, but may take up to ten business days depending on your payment provider.
