Learn how to adjust the text resizing options in Adobe InDesign while exporting to EPUB (Reflowable) format.

  1. Select File > Export > EPUB (Reflowable) > Save.

  2. Select Object > CSS Size, in the EPUB - Reflowable Layout Export Options dialog.

  3. Select from the following to set the text and object resizing behavior when there’s a change in the font or display size:

    • None: Removes all CSS size rules targeting the text frames and groups, along with their components. This allows images and other objects to reflow in the available space according to their needs without mimicking the print layout.
    • Fixed: Maintains the current layout without any modifications.
    • Relative to Text Flow: Resizes text and image relatively and proportionally.
    Note

    The default option now is changed to Relative to Text Flow.
