Educational institutions are eligible for the offer if they meet all of the following conditions:
- They are constituted under applicable Indian law.
- They are accredited by a competent government or statutory authority to provide K12 education or vocational training.
- They successfully complete the required education verification.
To access the offer, institutions must have Federated ID configured. If your institution has an ETLA with Adobe, confirm that Federated ID is already configured. If not, Adobe will send a VIP enrolment invitation, which you must accept before configuring Federated ID.
To facilitate institution-wide participation, you must send an email to Adobe at k12indiaedu@adobe.com from the registered institutional email ID. The email must include key details such as the institution’s name, address, affiliating body, number of licenses required, and any other relevant information. After verifying eligibility, Adobe will contact your institution directly and provision the free Creative Cloud All Apps licenses.
Institutions that want to participate in this program but are not currently using Federated IDs must first set up their Federated IDs before submitting their email to Adobe. Federated ID for SSO requires an organizational identity system, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or another SAML-compliant identity provider.
Consider the following before you start allocating licenses:
- Your institution receives one free license per individual user, applicable uniformly across faculty, staff, and students.
- You can distribute the free licenses to faculty, staff, and students in any combination.
- License allocation must not exceed 100% of the institution’s officially reported user headcount (students + faculty/staff).
