From Lightroom settings, select Help & Support.

Select and hold Access our Support Forum.

Select Create in the App Diagnostics dialog box.
NoteLightroom will start generating the logs.

Once generated successfully, the diagnostic logs will be attached to the mail. You can then share the logs.

Report an issue

Launch the Lightroom app and select More > Help & Support > Report an issue.

In the Report an issue screen, enter the following option:
- Choose a topic for your feedback: Select the option from the drop-down list as per your feedback.
- Please describe your issue: Type your issue in detail.

Select Submit.
Send Diagnostic log

Launch the Lightroom app and select More > Help & Support > Enable Diagnostic Mode.

Perform the sequence of steps that caused the issue once the message appears.

Once done, select Help & Support > Send Diagnostic Log.

After the logs are generated, you will see a list of apps to share them with.
