Add new objects with Generative fill
On the Photoshop on iPhone homescreen, select Create new and browse for a photo.
Select Select area > Lasso .
Draw a freehand selection with the Lasso tool.
Select the checkmark to commit the change.
Select Generative fill and enter a prompt in the Prompt field.
Select Generate and choose a variation to apply.
Select the checkmark to commit the change.
Add new objects with non-generative AI tools
On the Photoshop on iPhone homescreen, select Create new and browse for a photo.
Select Select area > Tap select .
Select the Subject of the image that you’d like to edit. Then, select the checkmark to commit the change.
Select Apply as mask from the toolbar.
Select Add image and use any of these options to add a secondary image as a new layer:
- Add from Photos: Add an image from your camera roll.
- Add from Adobe Stock: Add free content from Adobe Stock.
- Generate image: Generate an image using text prompts.
- Take a photo: Capture and add a photo using your device’s camera.
- Add from Lightroom: Add an image from your Lightroom catalog.
- Add from Files: Add an image from your device files.
Drag the bounding box handles to transform the secondary image. Then, select the checkmark to commit the change.
Open the Layers panel, and select and drag the preferred layer to move it up or down in the layer stack.
