Remove unwanted objects from your image by drawing a loop over them using the Remove tool .
And the new Distraction Removal feature within the Remove tool detects and deletes wires and people who are not the main subjects.
Use this tool to remove objects while preserving the integrity and depth in complex and varied backgrounds.

Select Size in the options bar to choose your brush size.
Choose a slightly larger brush size than the area to be fixed to cover in one stroke. -
(Optional) Turn on Sample all layers to sample data from all visible layers. Turn off Remove after each stroke to allow for multiple strokes of the brush before applying the fill. Select the gear icon to change the color and opacity of the overlay. When using a tablet device, you can select the Always use pressure for size icon to get more control over the tool’s size and opacity.

Select your preferred setting (Auto, Generative AI on, or Generative AI off) from the Mode dropdown menu when removing the object.

Select Agree or Cancel on the Firefly Terms of Use that appear. The Mode setting in the Remove tool is set based on the Terms of Use acceptance and chooses from the best technology to fill each area.
Distraction Removal within the Remove tool automatically detects and deletes unwanted wires, cables, and people in the background who are not the subjects in your image.
Select Find distractions from the options bar. When people is chosen, a pink overlay will appear over the detected distractions which you can then refine further if needed. Commit the change to remove those distractions. When wires and cables is chosen, new content will automatically appear and harmonize with the background.

If a user's computer hardware meets the minimum requirements, but is not optimal, the feature will still work but performance will be slower.
If a user's computer hardware does not meet the minimum requirements, they will get a dialog box with a message corresponding to the user's hardware specifications.
The Remove tool requires some components to be downloaded from Adobe servers. The installation of these components is automatically triggered after the installation of Photoshop in the Creative Cloud Desktop. When it's complete, you'll see Added checked for the Remove tool components by selecting the three dots next to the Open button for Photoshop and then selecting Add-ons.
You can launch Photoshop after or even before the completion of installation. When you select the Remove tool, the following issues may occur.
