You can now edit and improve your documents faster and more effectively with AI Assistant. Select the content and choose from Rephrase options like making text shorter and longer, using a formal tone, a casual tone, or simplifying text. You can also Reformat content into bullets, lists, or paragraphs instantly. After each suggestion, you can like, dislike, or regenerate the result.

Enhance your images directly on Windows
Using Acrobat on Windows, you can modify your images directly from your computer without opening additional applications. Right-click the image you want to edit and choose Edit image, Remove background, or Crop image. Enhance your visuals quickly and stay focused on your task.

Get contextual assistance in the AI-powered Help panel
The AI-powered Help panel now offers contextual assistance for using Acrobat tools in your documents. Ask a question in the AI Assistant panel and get step-by-step help with quick-access buttons that take you to the relevant tool. The Help panel also displays suggested questions and tutorials for related topics so you can complete your tasks without leaving Acrobat.

Get instant premium access with AI Assistant
AI Assistant now automatically activates a premium license when you select Get Started, giving you immediate access to its features. If access is restricted, select Request Access to ask your administrator for approval.
View document overviews in Acrobat
Acrobat now shows a concise overview of your document, giving you a quick understanding of the content. You can select Get detailed summary for more insights. Set a preference to show the overview by default when opening documents.
Read out loud your document easily
Now you can quickly listen to your PDFs in Acrobat by selecting Read out loud from the global bar. Choose your preferred voice, adjust the reading speed, and start from the page you're on. You can also navigate pages easily and continue listening. The Read out loud feature helps in multitasking and for accessibility.
Reconnect your OneDrive personal storage account
Acrobat has updated how it connects to your OneDrive personal storage account. When you open your existing OneDrive account, you may be prompted to reconnect and grant Microsoft permission to access your files stored on OneDrive.

Acrobat now uses a more secure and reliable sign-in method for connecting to SharePoint. When opening your SharePoint storage account, you are prompted to reconnect through a browser and sign in for a more reliable and protected experience.
