How to Get Paid as an Adobe Stock Contributor.
Once your Adobe Stock account reaches US $25 in royalties, you can request a payout. Here’s what you need to know to make the process smooth and successful.
To be eligible for payment, ensure these requirements are met:
It’s been at least 45 days since your first Adobe Stock sale
You’ve linked a valid PayPal, Payoneer, or Skrill account to receive funds
You can adjust additional payouts every time you reach the $25 threshold again.
If you do not have a valid tax form on file in your Contributor account, Adobe automatically withholds the maximum rate of 30%, depending on your country of residence. Please see the Tax FAQs to learn more.
You’ll choose a payment provider when requesting a payout. Here’s a quick breakdown.
PayPal: Available globally, but in Japan you’ll need a Premium PayPal account to receive funds
Payoneer: Available for Contributors outside of the United States. Required in Indonesia, South Africa, South Korea, and Turkey.
Skrill: Available in most countries. In Russia, Skrill continues to process existing accounts but are not accepting new ones.
Adobe uses credits to calculate the Contributor royalties with 1 credit equaling 1 USD. This currency setting cannot be changed.
For reference, here are support pages for the third-party payment providers: PayPal, Payoneer, and Skrill.

Contributors in Russia or Belarus may experience payment issues due to sanctions, export controls, or banking restrictions. Here’s what you need to know (although you should check directly with third-party payment platforms as described below).
Russia
PayPal and Payoneer have ended services.
Skrill continues to operate for existing accounts, but new Skrill accounts cannot be created in Russia.
Belarus
Skrill and Payoneer remain available for payouts
Adobe does not control third-party payment platforms. For up-to-date information or issues with your funds, please contact your payment provider’s customer support directly.
Getting paid is easy once your Contributor account is set up and meets the criteria:
You’ve earned at least $25
45 days have passed since your first sale
Your payment provider information has been added in your Contributor Account
Head to your Contributor portal to track your earnings and request payouts.
Adobe monitors all payouts to verify that the funds have been successfully moved to your third-party payment account. In the event the payout is rejected by the third-party payment provider, Adobe will move the funds back to your Adobe Stock Contributor account. Due to current events, you may experience longer times than normal for the funds to move back into your Adobe Stock Contributor account.
You can contact Contributor Support to request a cancellation of the payout request. Please note, if a payout was already received and accepted by the third-party payment provider, it cannot be canceled.
You can change your payment information in the Contributor Account section. The change will apply to the next payment requests following the update.
