Navigate to the ACC Log file. Go to: C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\ACC.
Search for the keyword LockedFilesWithProcesses in the log file.
Identify the affected file from the error log: For example, if the error reads LockedFilesWithProcesses: ADC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ADS: chrome.exe. Here, chrome.exe is locking the path.
Open the Task Manager, locate the process, and end it.
