App may be facing a temporary glitch
Sign out and sign back in to the Adobe app.
Credential Manager still has older credentials
Search for Command Prompt in the Windows search box.
Run the following command to clear the Credential Manager storage for all the Adobe apps:
for /F "tokens=1,* delims= " %G in ('cmdkey /list ^| findstr /c:"Adobe App "') do cmdkey /delete %H
Creative Cloud desktop app is outdated
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and go to the Updates window.
In the Updates window, select Check for updates.
If you're not using the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app, you'll see a prompt to update. Select Update to install the latest version.
Once updated, open the Creative Cloud app again.
