Learn how to select and align multiple text and shape layers in a graphic or groups in Adobe Premiere Pro for precise positioning.
You can align your objects in the following ways:
- By alignment type:
- Top edge
- Vertical center
- Bottom edge
- Left edge
- Horizontal center
- Right edge
- By alignment reference:
- To a selected object
- To the video frame
Right-click the text or object you want to align and choose from one of the three options:
- Align to Video Frame: Aligns each object individually to the Program Monitor.
- Align to Video Frame as Group: Aligns multiple selected objects as a single group to the Program Monitor.
- Align to Selection: Aligns objects relative to a key (chief) object, such as the leftmost object for left alignment or the lowest for bottom alignment.
