Camera lenses can exhibit defects at focal lengths, f-stops, and focus distances. Correct and minimize these issues using the options provided in the Optics panel.

  1. On the Lightroom on the web homepage, select All Photos.

  2. Select an image to open it in detail view, and then select Edit .

  3. Select Remove Chromatic Aberration  to apply it to image.

    Note:

Chromatic Aberration appears as a color fringe along the edges of objects. It's caused by the failure of the lens to focus different colors to the same spot, aberrations in sensor microlenses, and flare.

  4. Select Enable Lens Corrections to apply it to image.

    Tip:

Correct lens distortions such as Distortion Correction and Lens Vignetting based on the specific lens used to capture the photo. It does this by applying lens profiles that are built into the software.

  5. Change the lens profile for automatic correction. Then, select Change profile, and change your lens based on Make, Model, and Profile

  6. Select OK.

  7. Select Share .
