Whether collaborating on a mood board or working independently, the ability to comment offers numerous benefits. You can add statements that help others understand your vision or leave notes for yourself as references to stay organized. This approach makes it seamless and efficient to collect feedback, start discussions, gather reviews, and edit suggestions when collaborating on a shared mood board.

Add a comment

Before you begin

Add visual elements to the artboard and arrange them according to your mood board vision.

  1. Identify the space or visual element that you want to comment on.

  2. Select the   icon to open the Comments panel.

    The Comment option is selected and the comment panel is open with an option to add comments for the collaborators.
    Use the comment option to add your comments and respond to those from collaborators.

  3. Select the Place a pin   icon and select the identified space or visual element in the canvas.

    The Comment panel is open, and the Place a Pin option is selected to position a pin on the canvas and add comments.
    Pinpoint a specific design element by placing the pin on the canvas and adding your comment.

  4. Type your comments in the Add a comment field. 

    Use the @ icon to tag a team member in the comment and the Emoji   icon to add emojis.

  5. Select Submit.

To delete or edit a comment, select it, use the   icon, and then use the Delete and Edit options. You can also use the Resolve   icon to resolve the comment and move it to resolved status.

Filter comments

  1. Select the   icon to open the Comments panel.

  2. Select the Filter comments   icon to launch the filter options.

    The Comments panel is open with the Filter option selected. The Filter menu displays a list of parameters, such as Status and the time comments were added, for filtering the comments.
    Use the Filter options to quickly list the comments you wish to view and address.

  3. You can filter the comments on different options under the following parameters:

    • Reviewers: Name of the contributors who have left comments.
    • Time: The day the comment was added.
    • Status: Comments marked as resolved.
    • Unread comments: Comments that are new and have not been read.
