Feature updates

  • Adobe Acrobat Studio users can now use the prompt bar on the homepage to ask questions about their documents, search their files, access commonly used tools, and start creative projects with Adobe Express. 
  • PDF Spaces is now available globally in English, French, and German with the Acrobat Studio plan
  • PDF Spaces provides added support for improved file and folder handling, in-chat uploads, and bulk actions in Notes.
  • You can now explore curated PDF Spaces faster through a gallery view. The gallery view features 17 curated examples organized by themes to spark quick inspiration.
  • You can share documents for review and now also track how many times they’ve been opened. The feature shows whether collaborators have added comments or feedback, helping you monitor engagement and support collaborative decision-making.

  • Acrobat on the web now supports an enhanced read-aloud experience for subscribed users, making it easier to listen to documents aloud.
  • The Generative summary panel now includes suggested follow-up questions and quick access to AI Assistant to help you engage more easily and gain deeper insights.
  • PDF Spaces is available globally in English with the Acrobat Studio plan. It gives all users a shared space to organize and collaborate on PDFs.
  • You can multi-select, share, or delete notes in PDF Spaces for better organization.
  • You can share individual files or notes in PDF Spaces with others for viewing, making collaboration more flexible.
